I will not make it again though till he asks for it, as I've made the mistake of doing that too often (blintzes for breakfast everyday, now he's blintzed out). I made some for the rest of the family, using regular cottage cheese since I didn't have enough DCCC. People ate it, but I don't think they'll be begging for it again so soon ;-) > > Spray a loaf pan with vegetable oil or Pam I was wondering about that - are sprays legal? I thought not because of the soy lecithin, and figured that they had to be illegal for other reasons too that I didn't know of. Then I saw that the lecithin's no problem. (Of course I'm not talking about the baking sprays that include flour too.) Thanks and take care, Fay P.S. Can I share this recipe with another group? Guest guest
Fay, You can buy sprayers that you fill with your own oil. They sell them at WalMart and Pampered Chef has them too. I have olive oil in mine. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/

I only use olive oil, and I just found this: Is PAM® gluten-free? Original PAM®, Butter Flavor PAM®, and Olive Oil PAM® do not contain any ingredients derived from wheat products. However, PAM® For Baking is not gluten-free as it contains real flour, which is derived from wheat. Butter Flavor PAM® is the only PAM® product containing dairy ingredients, which include lactose. Share but know it is soupy for non SCD- ers when you use regular cottage cheese. You can add more cheese (hard cheese) than in the recipe for a nice " gooey " lasagna. Pam question is answere in another post. I'd pass on it. Sorry it snuck into the recipe. Enjoy! Carol F.
