Don't sweat this. Just remember, no one knows SCD like we do. These other people

have

their own protocols.

Elaine was a highly accredited scientist. She was still reesarching paneth

cells

when I visited her in 2005. She was able to show me and explain to me how

overproduction of mucous works, how the goblet cells spout secretions etc.

Most of us did not have occasion to know gut brain science and for years just

accepted

what the USDA (food pyramid top heavy with grain) school dieticians (where they

serve

mashed potatoes and gravy, pizza,fries etc.) and all the other types advocate.

We now have two local " celeb " nutritonists here who are TV fixtures, both very

pretty and

with great TV makeup who spout whole grain and fiber until it is coming out our

____s.

This may be OK for the general population, but we guys and gals have to do our

own thing

to get better.

Suffice it to say that Elaine put little faith in nutritonists and dieticians

especially those that

never heard of SCD.
