Hi - I am from Texas as well! (Austin) I have been wanting to have

this surgery for a very long time, and now that I have resettled

after moving from NC to Texas, I am moving ahead. I met with my new

PCP today, and he agreed to do pre and follow up care. I talked with

my insurance company today, and they told me that I should be

covered. My insurance company spoke to Dr. Rutledge's office today

as well (the insurance company volunteered to call!), and said that

it looks like I should be covered. So now that this is really

looking like a reality - I am so nervous! I really know that this is

the right route for me, but surgery is scary. So what I'd like to

hear from everyone is how you are doing! Was your experience good -

would you repeat it? Any good news and encouragment welcomed!
