SAFE SALT, was Re: Is this safe/and questions?

I have used Real Salt for years. I buy it in bulk from our food

club and it stores for years.

The salt that you buy in the stores goes through a process that is

not good for you. It is that process rather than the salt that is

bad. I notices several years ago that if I at potatoe chips that

had regular salt on them I would retain fluids. If I ate chips that

had 'good' salt on them they would not affect me in that way.

I think that in fact using Celtic Sea Salt is something that helps healing,

I have had very good results from adding it to my diet when I have NEVER

used salt before
