Guest guest
I have used Real Salt for years. I buy it in bulk from our food club and it stores for years. The salt that you buy in the stores goes through a process that is not good for you. It is that process rather than the salt that is bad. I notices several years ago that if I at potatoe chips that had regular salt on them I would retain fluids. If I ate chips that had 'good' salt on them they would not affect me in that way. Guest guest
I think that in fact using Celtic Sea Salt is something that helps healing, I have had very good results from adding it to my diet when I have NEVER used salt before >From: moeller124 <no_reply > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread >Subject: SAFE SALT, was Re: Is this safe/and questions? >Date: Fri, 24 Mar 2006 18:45:27 -0000 > >I have used Real Salt for years.
