confused about grape juice

i am just starting this diet and i am a little confused too-so is

welch's grape juice NOT from concentrate legal? I sure hope so!!!

Theoretically it would be, but I didn't find ANY of their juices to be

not from concentrate. IMHO the 100% grape I think is legal because

they reconstitute it using only filtered water according to the label,

but I haven't contacted them or anything like that. Will someone that

knows the answer or can find out, please respond? Is Welch's 100%

grape juice legal?

The Welch's is defintely legal and always has been. So is the Kedem Organic

which is pure

juice.

Frozen orange and grape juices are not legal. Frozen pineapple juice without

added sugar

IS legal. It's in BTVC. Apple juice canned, bottled, frozen is NOT legal.

Freshly pressed

apple cider IS legal. My info above is from page 76, edition 10 of BTVC

Prune nectar is legal to boil down for a contipation remedy combined with orange

juice.

Knudson's " Just Juice " line is legal. I am not sure what grammy posted from

Elaine and will

look at it.
