This is probably a dumb question..but, I just have to ask it. Does anyone

know if it is possible, once a person has lost most of their weight and

continue to exercise, could I actually have a firm body, I mean like

washboard abs, and sculpted arms and legs? I've carried so much weight my

whole life, I just wonder if this is possible.

Anything is possible, but tons of work on your part. These flabby

muscles will take some doing to get them lean and mean again.

YOU BETCHaThe only thing that will get in the way is the loose skin,

when the fat is all gone ........ and depending on your bodies

elasticity and age you have a good chance. !!!
