I have been reading your helpful messages for about a week now and want to thank you all for your time and effort in helping each other and myself. Here's my story...I'll make it quick I'm 19 yrs old and have already had rosacea for at least 2 years. I guess thats pretty rare for my age but I'm just lucky I guess. I flare up(turn red) very easily both from commonly understood triggers like stress or spicy foods and unknown causes. I also get lots of red bumps and get extremely itchy bumps as well. And strangely enough I have blackheads on and around my nose, which is extremely rare in a rosacean. I use metrocream because metrogel irritated my skin. Besides this I am yet to find a regimine of products or special treatment that has been successful. Has anyone w/ similar symptoms had success that they could share with me? I feel bombarded w/ ads for cea LTD disks, SkinFix cream, PCA peels, Sy's products, and cea Care. Can anyone give me some insight into what I should be using?
