Submitting Information

Okay, I've been lurking for over 3 months now.......reading and reading and I'm

still not ABSOLUTELY sure I'm going to do this.

However, I do have my information (the webpage info) completed and was going to

send it in. Is this the first step???

I didn't know if you are under any obligation if you send in your information.

And what is the step after that?
