Guest guest
Actually, if you are sending email through your web browser by logging directly into the egroup (like I do on lunch at work), you only get one " reply " link. Then you need to remember to change the " To: " field to send to the group. Replying at home using Microsoft Outlook, you get the " reply to sender " or " reply to all " options. And of course Outlook saves a copy of what you sent. All my other egroups default to " reply to group " . The problem is that if you reply through your web browser, you don't have the option of cc:ing yourself. You lose the email when you send it. So if you accidently reply to the sender, you have no way of going back to resend it to the group. I've lost more than one email this way. I vote for the default of reply to the group. - Nimeera > > > > I wish the default on replies were changed to the entire group, > > > > rather than the individual who last posted. > > > > I agree, too.
