Generics are bioequivalent to brand name drugs. When

generic drugs apply with the FDA to go on the market,

they have to prove that they have the same effect, at

the same rate, as the branded drugs.

Don't let the pharmaceutical industry trick you into

thinking that branded is better than generic!
