Too much repitition with things I bought in bulk. Every time I open the freezer another pair of frozen lamb chops or a giant bag of cooked shrimp lands on my toe. So moms and dads may get some inspiration from my French Connection: Here are my cooking assignments and meals for the next few days. I already shopped at Whole Foods for the ingredients; All below came to $50 canadian funds and will cover at least three days. Various Snacks: 1. Berries and Sognon Goat Brie 2. Baked pears with cloves and pecans 3. Fresh pear slices with pecans, blue cheese and a drizzle of honey 4. Homemade yogurt Breakfasts: 1. Poached egg on green beans, fresh tangerine 2. Peanut butter pancake, orange honey syrup, pineapple slice 3. Pecan waffle, yogurt and fresh fruit Lunches: 1. Calves liver with Vidalia Onions and Shitake Mushrooms, " roast beets with mustard and herb 2. Leek and Cauliflower soup with watercress, mini Quiche Lorraine (muffin size) Made with nut flour, cheese, bacon, egg 3. Sliced tomato on a bed of greens, tomato, goat cheese bit of olive oil , pizza crackers. baked mushrooms with Parmesan cheese Dinners: 1. Pork tendederloin braised in grape juice and raisins with Dijon mustard and honey, spinach 2. Minced Chicken balls with ginger, pineapple in a peanut sauce, green beans 3.
