Guest guest
Beth, You're experience with Dr R is your own, and no one can or really should comment on that. That's was how you experienced it! About your one month post op...I had about the same weight loss...and felt the same way you did, about what I wanted to eat...which at one month wasn't much!!!! I started at a month adding some foods....and some things agreed with me, and some did not. Now is the time, you can start adding some foods...try some different tasting things...just remember to chew and eat slowly. I can tell you it DOES get easier. Now I'm almost 4 months post op and have lost about 45 lbs...it's slow for me also...but I can tell a difference. I can eat most anything...and don't feel deprived at all. I just can't eat very much at all!! I think the 1st months IS the hardest..... Good luck! Dede
Guest guest
Thank you for sharing " your side " . It does help us pre-ops to see both sides.
