Guest guest
Hi everyone, I seem to have a problem w/ vinegar, as many do. I was just wondering how anyone eats salad?? What kinds of dressing can you find that doesn't have vinegar?? I've been told to eat alot of greens, but I need to put them all in a big salad! Does this mean that I'll never be able to eat mustard, ketchup, or good salad dressings ever again(: Thanks,
Guest guest
I know that there are salad dressings on the market with no vinegar--you may have to do some searching to find specific brands but I know i have seen several in the past--won't be your typical Kraft, Wishbone, etc but specialty companies do produce these. If you want to make your own, substitute lemon or lime juice for the vinegar-I have made citrus dressings by using olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, pepper--you can also add any of your favorite herbs such as oregano, basil, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, etc. If you like it sweet, add half a packet of Equal or some honey. > >To: rosacea-support >Subject: salad dressing >Date: Mon, 17 Jun 2002 22:03:26 -0000 > >Hi everyone, >I seem to have a problem w/ vinegar, as many do. Guest guest
There is a salad dressing called Annie's Goddess Dressing that has no vinegar in it (last time I checked). It is available at most health food stores, and even some grocery stores. > >To: rosacea-support >Subject: Re: salad dressing >Date: Mon, 17 Jun 2002 22:48:22 +0000 > >I know that there are salad dressings on the market with no vinegar--you >may >have to do some searching to find specific brands but I know i have seen >several in the past--won't be your typical Kraft, Wishbone, etc but >specialty companies do produce these. > >If you want to make your own, substitute lemon or lime juice for the >vinegar-I have made citrus dressings by using olive oil, lemon juice, >garlic, onion, salt, pepper--you can also add any of your favorite herbs >such as oregano, basil, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, etc. If you like it >sweet, add half a packet of Equal or some honey. > > > > >To: rosacea-support > >Subject: salad dressing > >Date: Mon, 17 Jun 2002 22:03:26 -0000 > > > >Hi everyone, > >I seem to have a problem w/ vinegar, as many do.
