Yes it is a preservative. I don't know about ceans specifically, but

there are some people who are sensitive to it. It is quite commonly used in

normal creams and lotions etc.

It's an interesting concept - to find out if there are preservatives that

are more suitable for cea products.

What is dmdm hydantoin

Can someone please let me know what dmdm hydantoin is. I think it is

a preservative, but I'm not so sure. As well, does anyone know of its

irritance level for rosaceans?
