Waiting for Sugar to go down....

Hi guys, especially Susie Gordon and Joanne in Ohio.

Susie, I just read your post about your lung xrays. I am praying

real hard for you today. I anxiously look forward to hearing again

from you. Be sure even if the news should not be good to let us

know. bless your heart, I hope for the best for you.

Joanne. I have just been diagnosed with diabetes last week. My

wonderful doctor said he would agree to follow me thru this if I was

good and got this damn sugar down. He made me an appointment with a

dietician but not until the 17th. So I got on the internet and found

this site from the American Diabetes Assoc. the web address

is:www.healthcentral.com/mhc/top/002440.cfm. This address takes you

right straight to some real good info on sugar, carbs, starches, etc.

Good luck to you. I'll let you know what my dietician says if the

17th ever gets here.

By the way, what in the world does LOL mean?

Hey Debbie... I also have always thought that LOL meant Laugh out Loud.. must

be an Illinois thing.. lol...My favorite is ROFLMAO... Rolling On the Floor,

Laughing My A** Off...LOL

That IS what it means! I don't know where everyone came up with the other

things...but then again I am from Illinois too!
