The RNY pouch holds 1-2 oz. ,the mini holds 3-4 oz....not a significant difference,unless your goal is to scare people into your way of thinking. Look at Dr.R's presentation. Do you see a high number of complaints of esophagitis? Bile reflux,after the first month? How many revisions has he had due to Bile reflux or esophagitis? Zero. He's almost 4 years out with this surgery, I think the data speaks for itself. Good job on presenting this info to this board. Absolutely check out everything you can....especially the facts!
