When you make a contact, get their full name, email address, height,

starting weight, and current weight (everyone is happy to tell this!)

and ask them whatever questions you have for them. Just make a note of

the name, email address, height, starting and current weights and any

information you thought was useful. Mine look something like this

(using myself as a pretend contact);

" , lindat@..., 5'4 " , surgery date May 18, 2000,

starting weight 249, current weight at 8 weeks: 220, no complications,

no problems. "

I asked everybody for all the above information, plus whether they had

any complications and if they did, could they describe the

complication(s), plus any advice they had (you will be surprised at the

great advice! Everyone has something different and they're all great

helpful hints!)
