My daughter has been on this diet since early January. I have been

giving her Kyo-dophilos so far, for lack of finding SCD legal

probiotics. We live in the west end of the GTA (Toronto). Can anybody

tell me where I can find it?

Further, right now she has increased seizures and I am not sure if it

is die-off or if she has a virus. At night, this is when she has her

seizures, her temperature drops to 35 C and she is cold and very

sweaty. She has been constipatet for 5 days and is slowly starting to

move her bowls again. I have gone back to the start of the diet,

chicken broth, chicken and carrots. That seemed to have helped. Any

advice?

Thanks

Lyosan is a legal probiotic made in Canada but it contains dairy. It is

available from and

available at

The Natural Life Health Market

Promenade Mall

Thornhill

website:

www.lyo-san.ca

I used it on Elaine's recommendation but you may have objections to the fact it

is made

with skim milk powder and lactic bacteria.

Haber's Pharmacy carries the SCdophilus, made by G I Pro Health.

[Haber's is the Canadian distributor] It is a non-dairy, SCD legal

probiotic. Its what we use. I have found them great to deal with, and

they will courier the probiotics, in a cold pack for you. I usually

drive down from Barrie, but be forewarned, the parking there is awful!

Hope this helps,

Hey Beate,

You know, those are also the symptoms of Hypothyroidism.

Get this book 'Hypothyroidism Type Two " by Mark Starr, MD.

It's relatively easy to address with Armour Thyroid, a nonsynthetic thyroid

remedy.

The synthetics actually work better for some people (especially thyroid

cancer patients). The main thing - and this is something Armour users are

aware of - is getting proper replacement through proper monitoring, which

means a dr. who knows of and uses the new American Academy of Clinical

Endocrinologist TSH guidelines but who doesn't go by TSH alone but T4 as

well as T3 hormones tested as Free T4 and Free T3.

Take care, Fay
