Guest guest
I just got some results from an old test for my son that the dr. had described as problem free and noticed that he was listed as having mild ketosis. Any suggestions on a good calorie balance? He's approx. 40 lbs. and active to very active. Here was today's food profile. The fat mostly comes from cashew nut butter muffins and donuts. He ate 3 mini cashew nut butter donuts, melon and 1/4 cup pearsauce for breakfast, 1/2 apple and the last 3 donuts for am snack, chicken, gr beans and 2 small cashew nut butter pancakes for lunch, a banana and 1 cashew nut butter muffin for pm snack, and dinner will be sp. squash, pork, cabbage, carrots and 1/4 cup pearsauce. The muffins have egg and a very little honey, everything else was plain.
