Guest guest
I put about 4 tsp. clarified butter(ghee) in a pan and heat it mixing in 2-4 tsp. nut flour and watch it thicken a bit. Then, I add about 2 cups or a little more milk until all mixed together well and really warm. I keep stirring as I add some cut up cheese a little at a time until it is all melted and stirred together well. The cheese sauce will not stick to the pan and will thicken if you let it set so, stir your veggies or whatever in quick. Guest guest
Some people can do milk. You do the cheese but, not the milk? I use goat's milk. I think you may be able to use nut milk though. You just want to be sure when making your milk for this recipe, you may want it to be really creamy so, add more nuts as opposed to water.
