Guest guest
So, thanks to the suggestions from you all, I have done a bit of research and found a few farms in my area from which to order my milk. My question is, how do I choose which farm to use? Is there somewhere I can check that the farm is a great, recommended source? Just want to be extra careful as I hope to build a long relationship with them. Also, if you happen to read this Summer, I would love to get farm recommendations from you. I am definitely willing to travel to Vancouver. Thanks, molly Callum 5 Cade 3 Charlotte 16 months
Guest guest
Molly, I would pick one or two that would be convenient for you to get the milk and then visit them. Ask them questions about how they handle the milk and ask to see the facility. Also, many of the same places may have eggs, butter, beef, etc. I am so blessed as the lady that I get mine from works in town and she delivers it to me. We live in a very rural com. She also brings me wonderful eggs, do clarified butter and just brought me some regular butter. We do have a long standing relationship and visit on the phone once a week or so just to encourage each other in our own plites. <SMILE> Hope you find someone soon.
