You have to remove yourself, nobody else can do it. To remove yourself

from the list, go to http://www.egroups.com

Fill in the sign-in boxes, using your email address and password.

Then, when you are signed in, you will get another page.

Click on " my groups " at the top of the page.

You will get another page and you should see the MGB - Mini Gastric

Bypass listed on that page.

Off to the right of the name of the MGB list, you will see a click-on

box.

Open that box and click on unsubscribe.
