Guest guest
I so agree about the diet getting easier. I'm glad things are going so well for your son! We just passed 1 month on the 4th. Just have some questions comments for anyone. You said: > have been over the past week, but we've also seen loose stools and some > diarrhea during the same period. My daughter and I have experienced more gurgling tummy and odd stools. I thought maybe we moved too quickly again, and were going to go back to the intro again. Is there something magical about the month/5week mark that starts a die off? I didn't really think it was die off since we've not had a big die off reaction (other than my headaches the first 2 weeks). But could it be? I also thought maybe we might just have a little bug. I read where Elaine wrote that at 3 months people notice a " regression " but haven't found anything about a month. Guest guest
We had die-off/regression at 7 weeks, 11 weeks, 3 months, and 5 months. My son's bowel signs were exactly the same except for 5 months it was only behavior. If there is " sand " in the stools that has been our best indicator. If you go back to the intro and stools are still strange, I would say it's a regression.
