Guest guest
Watching The Masters Golf Tournament is an annual ritual here. Even the dogs seem to love it and I hate to take time out to cook during the final hours.. We don't use tuna often but do occasionally. So today I made " a bowl in one. " 1/2 tin Clover Leaf whole white tuna packed water and drained and flaked 1 tablespoon capers drained a few slivers of sweet onion 1 slice drained tinned pineapple cut in pieces or a few chunks 1 heaping tablespoon SCD mayonnaise 5 or 6 pecan halves. Toss them all together return to the TV in time for the back nine! Carol F. SCD 6 years, celiac
