The lithium I give Toren is not a pharmaceutical drug, and just because it helps calm down his adhd, oppositional behavior doesn't mean he's bi- polar. He's happier, and getting well; he's making an effort, it seems actually to be bringing him into life. Sixteen years of Lithium, long after it should have been discntinued gave me hand trmors, hair loss and extreme obesity and numerous other peculiar and unpleasant side effects.
