I have no idea as I have never used canned milk. Sounds like when we make yogurt

from

cow's whipping cream.

So if I made it the usual way, does that mean it will just be richer... but

still good?

is it for you or your child?

Make it and taste it. I don't know what the effect will be aside from the fact

it will be

concentrated, double strength, higher in fat etc. I often wondered why there is

no such

thing as goat cream but it sounds like you just invented it. Why not put it in

the fridge.

make another batch and keep this until we can ask Jody about it? It does keep

for over two

weeks.

I think there is not goat cream because unlike cow milk goat milk does not

seperate, it is naturally homogonized, so it would be much more difficult to

naturally get the cream from it
