Guest guest
Hi all, so glad to be here, and to get your help :-) 1 - the book says: " there is not specific schedule for introducing foods with the exception of homemade yoghurt " . And yet I cannot see anywhere, when this should be introduced. All I notice is that it IS on the menu for the Intro Diet. If this is the case, I better get making yogurt before starting the diet. 2 - My daughter has allergy tested positive (skin stick test) for a number of foods, some of which are on the Intro diet. How do I go about the intro diet without things like, hicken, banana, egg (strong reaction), Cow's milk, grapes, and a few more. 3 - I must say, though,my daughter does not have a diarrhea " problem " unless she eats certain foods with I am aware of (Pizza for a biggie). So how does one start the intro dient when diarrhea is not currently a predominant issue? I am assuming it may become an issue as we begin the diet and die -off occurs. 4 - speaking of die-off, I have heard that ginger baths or sea salt baths are good to help with the toxicity prduced during hte die off. Do you agree? 5 - I am hoping that when the gut heals, the majority of my daughters allergies will dissipate. Has anyone else had this experience? Thanks so much!!!!! We are currently visiting Grandma and when we get home, I plan to start! Wish me luck and wisdom. I have told my girls that they should enjoy these treats and we will be learning about some new treats after our trip. So no illegals in our house after this week. Cheers , mother of twin 5 year old girls, one more allergic than the other.

How do I prepare SCD snacks to send to school with my children while on the intro diet? And what/when can I add muffins, cookies etc? thanks > > Hi all, > > so glad to be here, and to get your help :-) > > 1 - the book says: " there is not specific schedule for introducing > foods with the exception of homemade yoghurt " .
