Screaming at night/burping-Help

Hello,

I put my two toddlers on the diet 8 days ago and one of them is

displaying some disturbing behaviors. He is screaming bloody murder

at bedtime; I can hear his stomach rubling very loudly and he's

burping over and over again. He's crabby on and off during the day.

Does this sound like die-off? I didn't think we'd see any die-off so

soon.

If it's not die-off, does this sound like anything anyone else has

seen at the start of the diet? I know it's not a school stressor

because he's off this week. My other son is fine.
