Try to stick with it as following die off there often is good progress. Carol F. SCD 6 years, celiac
Guest guest
Right now I've been trying to enact some of the diet because of time to get organized and prepared. We will go full force hopefully within a week. Is it better, in this case, to enact some of it until I can do it all? Or does some die-off start and I'm just drawing out how long die-off will take? What I'm driving at is that it seemed like a good idea to do what I could until I can go shopping, plan meals, etc. But am I just drawing out the feeling bad/die-off process? Or will it not start until we go full force? Should I back off until I'm ready? Or should I continue for a few days at half speed? Angie > You will have to start the " die off " with the intro diet, found on pecan web site. If you don't the microorganisms will not start to die....we did it longer than just the three days recommended by most...but then we had more GI problems going on....it is individual. The activated charcoal is a God send (we started without it and PAID!).
