hi, there is an scd legal ketchup in the uk, but i dont know where you

are from

emma kai 8 pdd, fian 3 clearing yeast saved him from adhd dignosis,

scd 6 days (2nd time around)and doing so well

How about " Annie's Naturals " organic ketchup? I know it's GFCFSF... is it

SCD legal?

I went and looked it up on Google.

Here are the ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: Water, *Tomato Paste, *Sugar, *Distilled White Vinegar,

Sea Salt, *Onion Powder, *Allspice, *Clove Powder. *ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

It contains sugar. So, it would not be allowed on SCD. Onion powder

is also questionable.

In the future, it is always best to post the ingredients along with

the name of the product. It saves me a lot of time.
