Guest guest
At this time we are not having success with casein in cows milk with are ASD problems. So I may not be much help here, but will try to answer your question, from my own experience strength and hope. Many people on serve are aware of this problem with casein from cow milk. I know that we have been told that we have to heat the milk when we make yogurt to ensure that no harmful bacteria (from raw milk) is introduce to an already compromised gut/that is already out of balance with microorganisms that do not belong. I do recall that in the process of making SCDiet yogurt (when you heat milk) this would destroy the benefits of colostrum/iglobulins. At this time having success eating just a little bit of goat yogurt for probiotics only. Only a few teaspoons a day...otherwise have behavioral consequences that vanish when we take casein out of the diet. Antoinette (almost 2 months entire family SCD, family problems Celiac, leaky gut, ASD problems and more and healing finally with SCD/cow dairy free) Re: Cow's Colostrum Hi all: I was wondering if any of you make yogurt out of cow's colostrum instead of the older milk? does anybody know, besides the Iglobulins what other benefit or dangers from doing the yogurt with cow's colostrum? thanks in advance maria mom to fiol asd 16mo
