Guest guest
Hi, For what it's worth - I'm a pre-op who is almost ready to send in my packet. I recall being told at the clinic I attended in June that they do NOT want notebooks. (They have collected enough of them for their children and their children's children to use through their college years.) They (Barbara and Debbie) said to just stack each page and place a sticky note on top of each section to label it. Then place it all in a large envelope to mail. See ya, Sherry
Guest guest
Anybody have any good organizational thoughts on submitting the packets? I thought of a notebook with section dividers, but I'm not sure that Dr. Rutledge will want hole punched paperwork...
Guest guest
Well, he got hole punched paper from me. lol We bought it by mistake. ( I didnt even know they sold paper like that!) Anyway that was all I had. I printed two copies and put one in a binder with index tab and that is where I file all my e-mail I print, notes, each letter I wrote etc. It is really nice when I need something in a hurry. Dr. R's office never complained to me! Dinah in Alabama > Anybody have any good organizational thoughts on submitting the > packets?
