Guest guest
Hi everyone, Does anyone have that pizza crust recipe that was going around a few months ago? My son wasn't ready for pizza then, but really misses it now. I can't seem to make a crust he will eat. He just picks the cheese off and eats that. Thanks, Regina mom to ASD 6, SCD 2 months
Guest guest
Pizza Dough This makes about 12 in pizza: 1 cup almond flour 2 eggs 1 Tbsp olive oil salt garlic italian spices (optional) mix well - add more almond flour until the 'dough' is in a ball. Pat flat on a greased pizza pan or stone until you have about 1/4 in crust all the way across - pinch edges to form the outside of crust. Set oven to 350 and put crust in oven until it's pre-heated - this will firm up the crust for the tomato sauce, cheese and toppings. Add toppings. Bake 10 min until cheese is melted and bubbly. i've forgotten whose recipe this is, but it turns out really well. Enjoy!
