Dear Genz,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with me - I think it all

sounds like a big crap shoot, the whole thing - there seems to be no

rhyme or reason about who will or will not get depressed after

surgery, and while that is a little scary - maybe it also means that

someone like me, who's struggled with depression several times, WON'T

get depressed.

Send up prayers for Bernadine and me on Monday!

Love,

Blair

Hi Blair,

Hang in there. I have never been depressed a day in my life..the

exact opposite and after surgery, i really had to work hard..i was so

depressed..but it was strange because i would be depressed one day

and okay the next and then be depressed for 2 or 3 hours and then be

okay..but it soon went all away without medication...I guess it just

affects us all differently..
