Thanks for your insight - you put it very well. I've joked with my husband

that I hope Dr. R. will also be doing a lobotomy on me on Monday! That's the

only way my brain may be able to accept the message of less food...

I'm looking for new activities to break out of my present pattern - computer,

telephone, read and eat, computer, telephone, get in the car and run errands,

eat, computer - I really don't have an active lifestyle now at all. I think

that scheduling walks and other activities that have me on my feet and out of

the house may be helpful in accepting that food isn't going to be a central

source of comfort and entertainment for me now.

I am grateful to you for sharing your thoughts. You've given me a lot to

think about.

Umm.. that would be my schedule now, too.... hoping to do more physical

activities and less computer soon! Hubby is going to divorce me if I don't

stop spending 20 hours a day on the internet....LOL
