I've joked with my husband that I hope Dr. R. will also be doing a lobotomy on me on Monday! That's the only way my brain may be able to accept the message of less food... I'm looking for new activities to break out of my present pattern - computer, telephone, read and eat, computer, telephone, get in the car and run errands, eat, computer - I really don't have an active lifestyle now at all. I think that scheduling walks and other activities that have me on my feet and out of the house may be helpful in accepting that food isn't going to be a central source of comfort and entertainment for me now. I am grateful to you for sharing your thoughts. You've given me a lot to think about. Blair
