Guest guest
I'm looking for suggestions on the most productive way to go about making first contact with some of you. I don't want to seem intrusive, but it is part of the packet. Email? Asking for volunteers? There is so much to do, I start working on one part of this project, then see something else, so I start that - next thing I know, my table is full of papers and nothing has been finished! ACK! (lol). Thanks - Waunakee WI

Guest guest
Hi , This process can get overwhelming. Just take a piece at a time. This can be one of your contacts. I had my MGB on 5-31-00. I have lost 39 pounds and over 43 inches. I have had an uneventful recovery and this surgrey has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. It is a wonderful feeling going to bed at night knowing that you will wake up smaller in the morning. This surgery has gotten rid of my co-morbidities....sleep apnea is gone, hypertension is gone, elevated triglycerides are going down without meds, my cholesterol is normal without meds, my joint pain is less and my activity level has increased. I have been given back my life. Food no longer has a hold on me. I can and do eat what I want, I just don't want much. This is a wonderful surgery and Dr. R is a wonderful surgeon. Good luck in your journey to a healthier you. Best Wishes, Genz ( Genzel from Fort Worth, Texas) MGB 5-31-00- 7 weeks post-op 249/210 - 38 pounds gone 43 inches gone Co-morbidities gone Weeks wrote: > I'm looking for suggestions on the most productive way to go about > making first contact with some of you.
