Dear Janice,

This depends on if you have food allergies, intolerances or

sensitivities that are bothersome. For us this is a definite YES!

Our guts are still healing and we can't afford for somethings to

build up that may still leak through the damaged gut.

Once gut heals with FANATICAL AHDERANCE to SCD much of this should

lessen or disappear.

Sincerely, Antoinette

i think that it is always a good idea to rotate foods. . . but not

necessarily following a rotation diet.

i found when i started SCD that i didnt adhere to a lot of the other

dietary rules that we were trying to follow before. we were never

doing a rotation diet but we had been avoiding all igG positive

foods for 2 boys. i decided that if scd would close the leaky gut

than i would no longer have to worry about the undigested food

leaking out and causing a reaction with the immune system.

we have been scd for almost 2 yrs and when we started we used foods

that we knew the boys were IgG positive for. never had any actual

symptoms from these foods and the SCD has been great for them.
