Guest guest
Any advantages or disadvantages to cooling down the yogurt in the refridgerator (185 down to 100) before fermenting it? What are all you SCD'ers preferred methods? Thanks Sue 6 yr old son, no more learning issues, SCD 11 weeks
Guest guest
I have a pan that is just enough bigger than the one that I heat my milk in to put ice water in and set the pan of heated milk in. It take only a few minutes for it to cool down to temp for adding starter and pouring into the maker container. I would end up forgetting it in the fridge and having to start all over.
