Sausage

1/2 lb. ground turkey

1 slightly beanten egg white

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped apple

1/4 cup nut meal

2 TBL parsley

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground sage

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together.

Form into sausage patties and cook or brown for ground sausage.

I really like this sausage recipe and I'd like to use it at AutismOne,

but I'd like to give credit where it is due... only I can't remember

who posted it.

If it is your recipe, please let me know.

Thanks!

Just so the nut free people know, I've done this recipe w/o nuts and it is

great that way too, I also like adding a bit of fennel seed
