Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 Hello, I have some wonderful eggplant and just made some nice ground beef mixed with pureed carrots and parsnips. I want to make some sauce for on top and have already baked the squash to thicken the sauce... However, I can't think of what to base the sauce with. The only recipe I found on the web that was dairy free uses soy... which of course we don't use. Ideas anyone?
