Which brand of vit. do you prefer?

Do use Freeda's multi vit. or do you use one from Kirkman Lab.?

I need to order again from somewhere and was wondering if you all have

a major preferance.

Hi Sandy,

My daughter uses Kirkman Labs but I use Freeda's. If your child swallows

capsules then I

would go with Kirkmans because they use a capsule so they are slicker and easier

to

swallow. The Freeda vitamins don't use a capsule. Actually, even if your child

doesn't

swallow capsules I would still by Kirkmans because you can mix the vitamins into

a drink

or applesauce.

I like the Freeda's (multi plus the one with the extra B vitamins) except I had

a very hard

time adjusting to the calcium. The calcium pill is the hardest to swallow

because it has the

roughest surface and a couple of times it felt like it was stuck. I would never

give the

calcium pill to my 10 year old daughter even though she is a champion pill

swallower.
