The bill I got for clinic was $255.00.

Also, an insurance tip. If your insurance doesn't pay this, call them

about it and make sure they know it is a required pre-surgical visit

that is a required part of the surgery that was *precertified* and so it

should have been paid. That's all it took to get mine to cover it.
