Looking at cookbooks:

I cannot find where this books comes right out and says that it is

SCD. I assume it is. Is that right?

Also, in a clip from Amazon:

" In this cookbook, we re-introduce you to your favourite meals, with

a twist; all of our recipes are grain-free and refined-sugar-free,

and contain little or no lactose. Our secret ingredient is ground

almonds, also called almond flour. "

Would this be a good book for us if we are going to avoid almonds

because of ASD? Is the book just as functional for us substituting

other nut flours?

Thanks,

Angie R.

Angie,

This book is strictly SCD. The back of the book will indicate so. It was

compiled by two lovely ladies who have been on SCD for over 5 years each. They

are both amazing cooks and the recipes as simply divine. I have one myself and

it was worth every dime.
