The best place to find all the SCDiet legal cookbooks [that have been

" Cooking to Heal Little Tummies "

Is currently out-of-stock. We expect a new printing to be completed and

availablity is expected in February.

We apologize for any inconvience.

“Cooking to Heal Little Tummies” is a children’s cookbook that follows the

Specific Carbohydrate Diet. The recipes are free of gluten, casein, yeast,

refined sugar, starch, and grain. It is of particular interest for those with

Autism who are following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet.

This cookbook is intended to be used in conjunction with the book

Eleventh Printing - April, 2004 " Breaking the Vicious Cycle " .

First printing - 2005 for " Cooking to Heal Little Tummies "

Looking at cookbooks:

I cannot find where this books comes right out and says that it is SCD. I

assume it is. Is that right?

Also, in a clip from Amazon:

" In this cookbook, we re-introduce you to your favourite meals, with

a twist; all of our recipes are grain-free and refined-sugar-free,

and contain little or no lactose. Our secret ingredient is ground

almonds, also called almond flour. "

Would this be a good book for us if we are going to avoid almonds

because of ASD? Is the book just as functional for us substituting

other nut flours?

Thanks,
