For whatever reason, this seems to set off a whole series of squawking reactions from other parts of the body, like hot flashes, sweating, weakness, chills, nausea. It is no fun. They sort of seem to sit in the stomach (some, anyway), some people say they don't like the feeling in the stomach. I don't have any problem with fats. But the good thing is that the part of the intestine that processes fats is also bypassed, so fats pretty much pass through (and fairly quickly, I might add).
