www.digestivewellness.com has wonderful fruit concentrates and less concentrated

purees... Just add pure water and voila, SCD legal juice! ... or nondiluted

makes a grat syrup for pancakes... add seltzer water for soda... mix into yogurt

for smoothies

and I've been on SCD over 3 years!! What I do, is I don't think so hard

about it, and just get

the recommended brands they tell me to.. If something makes me sick, I just

stay away from it.

trial and error is how I got thru that confusion in the beginning.

Our " NOT " From Concentrate " Apple Juice made our thrush come back for KiKi and

me! So we are going to go back to intro for two of us to cause a die off again!

No other screw up to blame it on either!

Yes, Welch's Juice made us sick too! Who ever said that is legal watch out!

The Dole Pineapple made us sick also! Some one recommended that too here.

We are not angry...just confused!!!!!!

Guys, this juice thing does not make since!~

MORAL OF STORY water down all scd safe juice....what ever that is?????.....and

drink more water! YEAH...yuck....but probably will kill more bad gut bugs!

Yes, we use both Welch's and Dole and Tropicana Original.

We've used all of them for the last 3 years.

But like anything else, if something is bothering a particular

individual, then it is best to remove it.

Why would apple juice NOT FROM CONCENTRATE BE NOT LEGAL?????????

Truly want to know. Called company and they swore it was just apple juice and

nothing added.

I called them and the TREE TOP company and told them the seriousness of our

situation and it's health consequences if they lied and the lady swore to God

that the Not From Concentrate Apple Juice had no added sugars...it was just

apples. So we are going to assume that they do not want sewed and use it.

We are having better success with this than the Welch's that is " made from

concentrate " yet approved by Elaine herself and assuming that we are having a

personal problem with those grapes.
