Ohhh Gosh...

I just realized something !! I have always prided myself on my

incredible bouyancy (sp?). I can be in the center of a 10ft pool,

cross my arms and be absolutely rod straight and still and not

sink. I just stay there about a foot above the water..breathing

normally... someone one summer decided to EXPLAIN the " wonders " of

physics and proceeded to explain to me that muscle is lighter than

fat and fat " FLOATS " blah blah blah...thank you , mean, old, dumb,

mean, nasty, rude skinny person (oooohhh did I say that out loud

again?) so I guess the first thing i'll need to do down here in

Sunny Florida is learn how to tread water the " normal " way aye?

So now I bet y'all are wonderin " where on earth does this girl come

up with this stuff? " Well... y'all can thank Ms. for

the " visual " given in her last post...tis what led me to

this ...hehehehh..geezo the things I think about !

Gosh, I never tried that. I was too embarrassed to ever get in a

swimming suit ever since I hit 150, which was a *long* time ago. Well,

it's nice to know fat has some advantage besides insulation in cold

climates.
