No. I got to Durham late Monday night for clinic on Tuesday morning.

Right, you don't have to have the psych eval or talk on the phone with

Dr. R.

Your physical, EKG, and bloodwork have to go in with your packet but the

EKG and bloodwork are not part of the physical, it is ordered separately

by the Dr. The EKG and bloodwork have to be done within 30 days of your

surgery so get that done last.

You will get a surgery date the day they get your packet (assuming it is

complete).
