Guest guest
Hi , yes, I am on CFS Experimental. My doctor has me on two B12 shots a day, so getting a lot of that. If you can get Immunocal or Imuplus, they are lactose-free, I read recently. My doctor specifically wants me on ImmunePro so I will have to risk the small amount of lactose. When I came on this list I asked about kefir and someone sent me some links, if you search on this list on the word kefir you will find some information about it. That's another thing I want to try down the road. I hope you don't get the die-off. What I am doing is slowly chucking things out of my diet before I go on it, to make it more gradual. take care, Helen > > Hello Mimi, Helen and , > > Thanks for your replies - and no apologies necessary, !
