Ball field

I had a very nice day today, and I wanted to share it with you all. First, I

went to a luncheon for one of my friends who was having a birthday. I had to

LOOK for something to wear. Finally, I found something that did not HANG off

of me and it was a dress I bought two years ago, but never wore because it

was too tight in the hips. This was the first time since I started losing

weight that my friends had seen me in something that fit. EVERYONE kept

commenting on how much weight I had lost. It was really cool to say the least.

Then, tonight we went to a minor league baseball game. One of my dreams is to

take our sons to EVERY major league park during their childhood. We have

already gone to several. Problem is that I was so fat that I was always

MISERABLE the entire game. I always had to have an end seat and could barely

fit in the seat and the seat actually bruised my thighs by the end of the

night. I usually ended up standing by the fourth inning because I was so

miserable. I hated it, but I went anyway. Well tonight, my little son's

baseball team was going to the mudcat game. I was dreading it because it

really is painful for me to sit in those seats. My knees also touch the back

of the seat in front of me, no matter what. WELL...surprise, surprise,

surprise! I actually FIT. I could sit in the seat. By the end of the game I

was tired of it, and it was a close fit, but I did fit and my knees weren't

touching the seat in front of me. It was amazing. I was thrilled. A little

thing I know, but my miracle IS happening and yours will too! Just like Flo,

I too am melting.

Oh, , what a happy story! Seems like our kids have much in common with

all their soccer and baseball. What a difference it makes attending these

functions!!!
